My work quite simply is an investigation of myself through the medium of painting. I am constantly inspired by musics ability to alter ones state. With that I attempt to impress upon the canvas much in the same way music does by having colors be the tones providing for rich emotional landscapes.

While I may begin with a color or song title, the painting ultimately takes on a life of it's own. This method serves to create a work that is in constant motion therefore constantly evolving.
